Screen Time permission issues

MonkLock relies on Apple Screen Time permissions. If app blocking is not working, open iOS Settings and confirm Screen Time permissions are still enabled for MonkLock. You may also need to re-select distracting apps inside MonkLock.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage your plan.

Emergency access

Emergency Bypass is intentionally frictioned. If Hard Mode is enabled, Emergency Bypass may be disabled until Hard Mode is turned off.
